BioWell if your here, you might as well know that this journal changes as i change. I think the statement, "you can't change someone" is inheirently correct, but the perception is wrong. People tend to think that a person is unchangable, but in reality they are always changing. The change comes from themselves and no one else. I think that's really what my journal is in it's truthful perception. It's an extention of myself that changes as I change. So come back often and visit, as the chances are i'm never the same person you knew from before.
